How To Make Referrals
At MARS, we have times we reserve each week for physician referrals.
At MARS, we can help physicians more effectively identify and treat patients with memory problems. MARS provides the gold-standard in memory assessment and has a system for tracking cognitive changes over time.
Physicians may make a patient referral in three ways:

Call MARS from your office and set up an appointment: 910-962-7898. At MARS, we have times we reserve each week for physician referrals. Therefore, the patient will get a timely appointment.

E-mail MARS from your office to set up an appointment. At MARS we are fully equipped to conduct business electronically. E-mails are as effective as phone calls. Please include information in the e-mail identifying the physician and their practice:

Have the patient call MARS to set up an appointment: 910-962-7898. We will schedule the patient for the first available appointment.
Whenever a patient is referred by a physician, the patient will be provided a full written report to bring back to the physician.
